The Arts at Bryant
At William Cullen Bryant, exploring the visual and performing arts provides new insight and skill sets to help support core curriculum learning, college and career readiness, and community building. For those interested in advancing their arts learning experiences, Bryant has sequenced course programs for visual arts (studio art, graphic design), dance (ballet, tap, modern, lyrical), instrumental music (concert band, jazz band, rock band, piano, drum line), vocal music, and theater. Bryant arts students are showcased annually at the Queensborough Arts Festival, the Shubert Theater Festival, NYSSMA, and partner with a variety of notable arts organizations (Carnegie Hall, TDF, City Center, Alvin Ailey, MoMa, etc.). Each arts content has opportunities to feature work and perform at various school events, including annual school concerts and productions.
